Additionally, if the user disagrees with being bound by these terms of use, they must leave our website and not use the services.
Finally, we advise users to refrain from proceeding with any further actions if they are not willing to abide by all the terms of use, which are regulatory and preventive measures in the interests of “the user” and all our stakeholders.

These terms of use are effective as of “January 1, 2022.”

JURISDICTION:

The following terms of use shall be upheld under the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, regardless of any conflict of law provisions.
Any attempt to waive the requirements of any part or the entirety of these terms will not be construed as a waiver of any other conditions or our sole right to ensure strict adherence to the terms stated herein.

In its sole discretion, the service provider, Bup TL, reserves the right to amend or change the contents of these terms and conditions at any time and without notice. Therefore, any such amendments or changes bind users who continually engage in purchasing our products or services.
Using this website means that the user agrees to this term and our privacy policy.

RULES OF CONDUCT:

In exchange for our promise to deliver the services, we ask that the user fulfills the following responsibilities:

The services are strictly for adults who have attained the age of maturity wherein they can give consent as recognized under the law, which implies that the user must not be under 18 years old. Therefore, for users who are not of the approved age, we strongly advise you to refrain from using our services.

We firmly prohibit sex offenders from using our services in any manner to engage in, participate in, help, support, or enable prostitution in any form.
Furthermore, we do not support human trafficking for the purpose of sex work by coercion, deception, or any other action that breaches fundamental human rights.

Non-compliance and outright violations of these prohibitions will automatically cancel your membership and account with us.
Unfortunately, we will block you from ever using our service in the future.

The therapist provides massage services. The therapist gets all the possible information about a client through our website, buptl.com. Before the service occurs, the client may ask questions if they do not know much about the chosen kind of massage. (We are not responsible if the therapist or client decides to divert the massage service requested.)
Note that the therapists do not provide services of any sexual character.

FURTHER NOTE:

THE FOLLOWING:

1- The intended clients should not be under 18 years old.

2- The therapist is liable for any misconduct outside their job description but must project a good and reliable company image by providing quality service.

3-Before booking any service, intending customers must have accepted these terms and conditions.

4- The massage agreement that our firm worked up must be followed by the independent therapist.

5- Using our website, buptl.com and other booking capabilities should occur according to our terms and conditions.

6- When booking massage services, the consumer submits personal information. (Customer service does not reveal or exchange information with a third party.)

REGULATION FOR BOOKING PROCESS AND PAYMENT:

1- All appointments must be made online through our booking website or by contacting a customer service representative in the instance of special packages.

2- Massage fees (payment) must be made via online card debiting, a USSD code, or a bank transfer. Cash payments are not accepted.

3- Interstate bookings may incur additional fees if the therapist is required to travel outside of their activity zone.

4- After the booking has been made, the client receives a phone call from the selected therapist confirming the invitation.

5- The price list is accessible on the website buptl.com.

CONSUMER RESPONSIBILITIES:

1- The consumer must be of legal age (at least 18 years old) and agree to the terms and conditions.

2- The customer must specify an exact meeting time with the therapist as well as the service delivered.

3- When the therapist arrives and the consumer meets with the practitioner, the consumer must tell customer service.

4- The customer should appreciate the therapist as much as the therapist respects the consumer.

5- Payment verifies the booking and is nonrefundable.

Assume that something comes up and the consumer is unable to attend the session at the scheduled time. In that instance, the consumer can reschedule with the appointed therapist; however, the client must tell the therapist or customer service of the modifications as soon as possible.

6-The consumer should give a suitable and comfortable location for the massage. (3-, 4-, 5-, or 6-star hotel, apartment, workplace, or house)

EXTENSION AND DELAY:

1- The therapist may desire to prolong the session time, and extra time incurs additional expenses; the consumer must pay the additional cost to the therapist.

2- The customer should not be more than 15 minutes late for any appointment or location.
The therapist has the authority to cancel the appointment; however, if the therapist agrees to wait for the client for an additional time extension, the massage can begin when the customer is ready.

PRIVACY POLICY:

At Bup TL, we provide our clients with a sense of security, appropriate mutual discretion, and complete secrecy.
Under no unlawful circumstances do we divulge or share our clients’ data, information, contacts, or email addresses with a third party. All communication exchanges are absolutely secret, including the client’s identity and physical characteristics.
Bup TL recognizes the significance of maintaining mutual respect, trust, and integrity. As a result, maintaining complete confidentiality with all of our clients, whether CEO, VIP, or royalty, is our prime concern.
When you engage with us, you will benefit from helpful team management, a high degree of confidentiality, and first-rate quality service.
Nonetheless, we stand by our commitment to rigorous secrecy, which remains our first priority for the customer’s benefit.

DISCLAIMER AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY:

Our company, Bup Technology Ltd., shall not be responsible for any deviation from the conditions for engaging therapists, consumers, and mode of operation. Furthermore, the company shall bear no liability arising from a failure to comply with the rules and conditions as specified.
