Clients that want a refund after failing to meet our terms of service may not receive one.

Clients who do not arrive on time for their massage and want a refund instead of rescheduling will only receive half of their money.

When will we issue a complete refund?

  • When the therapist cancels the appointment without providing a reason.
  • When a customer has paid but is unable to find or meet with the therapist.
  • When the therapist intentionally chooses not to see the client for personal reasons.
  • When the client believes the therapists he visited are not who they claim to be.

How will we process your refund?

Within 10 calendar days following your purchase, you are eligible for a full or partial refund.

You will no longer be eligible and will not be able to claim a refund once the 10-day period has expired. We advise our consumers to try the service with another therapist within the first two days of purchase and confirm that they meet their needs.
